The practical details.
Four things. First, AltCommerce: our own commerce platform. Second, modules built for how this region sells — PayNow, Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Ninja Van, InvoiceNow, Xero. Third, permission-scoped AI assistants: a separate assistant for every permission domain in the admin panel. Fourth, design: we build storefront and admin interfaces from scratch, guided by usage data rather than templates. You can take all four together or any one of them alone.
The assistant applies nothing on its own. When it calls a write tool, the tool does not run; an approval box appears in the panel describing what will happen. Nothing changes in the database until you approve it. At the moment of approval your permission is checked again — if your role changed in between, the action is refused. Every call is also written to the audit log.
Yes. AltCommerce is compatible with common commerce data schemas; product, customer and order data is mapped and moved across. The work is mostly a review of your custom development and third-party extensions. We look at your installation and produce a migration report first.
Yes, both. PayNow is treated as baseline rather than optional — it carries the overwhelming majority of local bank transfers, and leaving it out of checkout costs conversions. InvoiceNow is Singapore's e-invoicing network, built on Peppol and using the PINT-SG format, with invoice data transmitted to IRAS; the mandate is being phased in and our module speaks that format.
You can. We refresh interfaces without you moving to AltCommerce. In our approach the brand layer sits in its own file; if you do not like it, one line is deleted and the panel reverts. A redesign should not cost you the ability to take updates.
Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI and Google Gemini. The choice is made in the panel and is per domain: the catalogue assistant can run on one model and the reporting assistant on another. The API key is yours and usage is billed to your own account.
On your own servers. We install AltCommerce on your infrastructure and the database stays with you. If you use the AI assistants, only the question you ask and the tool result reach your chosen provider. Sensitive values in the settings table — API keys, passwords — reach the assistant masked.
Yes — each ALTAI module carries its own annual licence and the price is on the list. Bundle discounts apply when several are taken together. The AI assistant layer is quoted against usage, because its cost depends on the model you select.
Your users, in the end. We take your input seriously — you know your sector and your customers. But where a button sits is settled by click data rather than by argument, and every decision is recorded with the measurement behind it. We also review three to five competitors before starting, to calibrate rather than to copy.
A clean installation with module configuration usually takes a few days. If data is being migrated from an existing store, the timeline depends on the state of that data; we give a firm answer after the migration report. We do not like giving estimates — we like meeting the dates we give.
