Implementation packages are quoted against scope. Two items we will not guess at: data migration and AI usage. We do not write estimates for those — we give quotes.

Package prices follow the scope of the implementation; we issue a written quote after the first call. Monthly support hours and contract terms are settled before the quote, not after.
Core modules are included. ALTAI modules are sold separately on an annual licence.
A fixed price here would be dishonest; the cost follows the model you choose.
You connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini account. Usage is billed directly to you and we take no cut in between.
The system prompt and tool schemas are cached. On a typical question most of the tokens come from cache and are billed far cheaper.
AI turns off with a single setting. While it is off there is no cost at all and the panel works normally.
